Paid reports are digital research services prepared for the supplied property address, documents and buyer goals.

Full refund if not delivered

If a paid report is not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that report.

Cancellation window

You may cancel for a full refund before research work starts. Once work has started, refunds are assessed based on whether the report can be completed and delivered.
